What If You Could Catch the Spiral Earlier?
Not by forcing yourself to think positively.
Not by pretending you aren’t afraid.
And not by trying to manufacture certainty where certainty simply doesn’t exist yet.But by learning how to notice when fear has begun filling in the gaps.
To pause.
To create some space.
And to begin seeing the situation from somewhere steadier. That is the heart of FEAR, FACT OR STORY?
Inside, I’ll guide you through my Clear Seeing Process™ — a simple step-by-step practice designed to help you untangle what is actually happening from the story fear may be building around it. This will give you a way to move from mental looping and emotional urgency toward greater clarity, perspective and conscious choice.
I won’t promise you all the answers.
But I will give you a different way to meet the question.

Sometimes Clarity Begins With the Body.
There are moments when trying to reason with yourself is not the first thing you need.
Sometimes the body needs a chance to settle before the mind can see clearly.
That is why FEAR, FACT OR STORY? includes simple guided practices using breath, stillness and meditation to help create more space around the experience.
Not to make the problem disappear.
Not to force yourself to calm down.
But to help you meet what is happening from somewhere steadier.
The breath may not give you the answer.
It can give you a steadier place from which to meet the question

This Isn’t About Never Overthinking Again
You are human.
There will still be uncertainty.
There will still be difficult conversations.
There will still be unanswered messages, situations you cannot control and moments when you simply don’t know what happens next. The aim isn’t to eliminate fear.
It is to begin recognising the pattern sooner.
To notice when the mind has run ahead of what is actually happening.
To create space before reacting.
To come back to yourself.
And from there, make a more conscious choice about what happens next. Because awareness gives us something enormously valuable:
Choice
Created for the Moments When…
You’re waiting for the reply.
You’re replaying what was said.
You’ve convinced yourself something is wrong.
Your mind has jumped three steps ahead of what has actually happened.
You’re lying awake trying to solve tomorrow.
You can feel yourself wanting to fix, explain or react before you have the full picture.
Or you simply know you’re caught in a loop — but can’t quite find your way out of it.
FEAR, FACT OR STORY? gives you somewhere to begin
For The Woman In Midlife
Midlife can bring its own season of uncertainty.
Relationships change.
Roles change.
Our bodies change.
Children grow.
Careers evolve.
What once felt certain may begin to feel less so.And sometimes the ways we learned to protect ourselves, please others, stay in control or hold everything together begin to become more visible too.FEAR, FACT OR STORY? is one small practice for meeting those moments with greater awareness.
Not to become someone new.
But to begin responding to your life with a little more clarity, self-trust and intention.
Why I Created This Tool (Meet Louise
Why I Created This Tool
Meet LouiseI created FEAR, FACT OR STORY? because I know firsthand how easily the mind can hijack our peace.
In the midst of midlife transitions, those 2:00 AM spirals and 2:00 PM anxieties can feel overwhelming.I wanted a practice that wasn’t simply a nice idea in theory, but something I could actually return to in the moment — when thoughts were loud, fear was gripping and uncertainty was beginning to feel like fact.Over time, this became part of my own practice for moving out of the noise of the mind and back towards steadier ground.Through The Sage Blooms, my work explores midlife and the journey from awareness to embodied wisdom.
At the heart of it is a question I keep returning to:
How do we live what we know?Because wisdom is not simply what we understand.
It is what we learn to embody.
You Don’t Need All the Answers
You don’t need to know exactly what happens next.
You don’t need to solve every uncertainty tonight.
You don’t need to believe every thought your mind offers you.Sometimes you simply need a way back to what is actually here.
A little room between the situation and the story.
A little space before the reaction.
A steadier place from which to choose
