I have always been drawn to the world of health and wellbeing…

My first business opened in 1981, working as a skin therapist and remedial massage therapist.

Now, four decades later, with an expansion into the fields of coaching, counselling, healing, energy work and spirituality —I have gained extensive training and professional qualifications in these modalities and more.

During this time, I have had the privilege of walking alongside some of the most extraordinary clients and teachers. Our interactions and their rich stories of growth, healing, and transformation have been a constant source of inspiration, shaping me just as much as my own journey.

Life itself has been my greatest teacher. Through its twists and turns, I have traversed many landscapes — from marriage and motherhood to the joy of becoming a grandmother; from profound loss, grief, and pain to moments of deep love, growth, and joy.

These experiences have not only shaped me, but also deepened my compassion and my ability to hold space for others with authenticity and care.

I am passionate about life, nature, and consciousness — about the mystery that connects us all and the simple yet profound ways we can return to love.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing and transformation are not about becoming someone new, but about remembering and reconnecting with the truth of who we already are.
